                               K-4 2020-2021 ACA Students Intent Form


In order for Anderson Creek Academy to effectively plan for the 2021-2022 academic school year we are asking parents to complete an Intent Survey.

Kindergarten - Fourth Grade students currently enrolled in the 2020-21 academic school year do not have to re-apply for admissions for the next and subsequent school years. This Intent Survey helps us to reflect any projected vacancies. Seats for currently enrolled students are automatically reserved by law for the next school year unless a student is voluntarily withdrawn.

-Does your child have a sibling currently not enrolled at ACA and would like to attend ACA 2021-22 school year? 
K-5 (children) must be entered into the ACA Lottery to be considered.
