Morning Arrival

Arrival for All students start at 7:50 A.M. until 8:20 A.M. 

After that time please sign-in your child at the front office.  All late students will need to be signed in at the front office No Exceptions.

 

Dismissal Procedures

Early student check-out must be before 2:30 P.M.  In order to ensure the safety of student and staff and to avoid unnecessary class disruptions during dismissal.  

After 2:30 p.m. follow normal dismissal procedures through the car rider line.

 

** All drivers are to remain in their cars and refrain from using cell phones during arrival and dismissal when students are present**

Morning / Dismissal Procedures

School Day Arrival and Dismissal for A and B schedule.

**Please note Kindergarten will start dismissal time at 3:00 P.M. on A and B day's starting Tuesday September 8, 2020** 

 

IMPORTANT: All parents will remain in their vehicle during drop off and pick up please refrain from using cell phones as students are arriving and dismissal times.
 
ARRIVAL 

 7:50 A.M. - Drop off begins for grades 3 - 5 (Multiple children will be dropped off with the older child)

Grades 3-5 scholars will enter the building using the entrance at the far end of the building (Left side of school facing building)

8:00 A.M. - Drop off begins for grades K - 2

Grades K - 2 scholars will enter the building via the multi-purpose room

8:20 A.M. - Tardy Bell - All scholars should be in classrooms ready to start their day

  • Any students arriving after 08:20 am are considered Tardy and must check-in, with their parent, in the main office.  (Parent and Student must wear a mask and temperatures will be checked as you enter the school lobby)
  • NO STUDENT will be dropped off after the Tardy Bell to enter the school without Parent/Guardian check-in.  
  • IMPORTANT: All parents will remain in their vehicle during drop off of your scholar(s).  No parent will enter the building to walk your scholar to class.  Everyone must report to the main office if you are needing assistance with your scholars entrance to the school.

DISMISSAL TIME

  • 3:00 P.M. - Grades K-5 - Please place pickup card in your front car window for staff view of your students information.
  • Early dismissal - Student can be picked up after 11:30 A.M. to be considered present for the day.  All students can be dismissed at the front office by 2:30 P.M.  After 2:30 P.M. student will be picked in dismissal line.
